Park Nicollet Melrose Institute.  Our care option provides treatment for a variety of patient needs and offers four levels of outpatient care. Our Melrose Institute treatment model takes individualized treatment to a whole new level. Three areas are at the core of our treatment approach: medical care, nutrition and emotional health. Research and outcomes data have shown us these areas, in combination, are vital to patient recovery. Depending on individual patient needs, care also can include elective groups in the core areas, plus physical therapy, occupational therapy, spiritual care, yoga and art therapy. The care team works with patients to determine appropriate groups. For questions about Melrose Institute, call 952-993-6200, Option 2 or 1-800-862-7412.  www.parknicollet.com/eatingdisorders
